I am a registered clinical social worker who has been practicing as a therapist for over seven years. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families of all ages and take a collaborative and strengths based approach. In my work as a therapist with both adults and children, I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with people to build on their internal strengths and skills while also developing new skills and perspectives to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. If you are finding that you are feeling stuck, not satisfied in your relationships, family life is difficult or you have had experiences that have left you not feeling like yourself, I would be more than happy to meet with you.

I have experience with a number of therapeutic modalities including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy. We can determine what modalities would be most beneficial for you. Also, given the importance of the therapeutic relationship for success, I strive for openness, mutual respect and honesty.

Couples Counselling

Child, Youth & Family Counselling
